Megan Baumunk
Hi, I’m Megan. I created Unwind Rehabilitation Counseling to offer a space where people can bring the complexity of their lives and feel heard.
I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC), and Certified Vocational Evaluator (CVE). My background brings together an understanding of how disability intersects with everyday life, mental health counseling, and expertise in helping people explore their identity, strengths, abilities, interests, and work options.
As a disabled person, I bring both professional training and lived experience to this work. My own experiences are part of what fuels my commitment to accessible, compassionate counseling. I also recognize that everyone’s relationship with disability is different, and I approach your story with curiosity and respect.

Ph.D., CRC, LPC, CVE
Founder of Unwind Rehab
I support individuals and couples navigating disability, chronic illness, grief, and life transitions, including changes in identity, relationships, and work. I also offer end-of-life support as a death doula, providing compassionate companionship for people who are dying and their loved ones.
I developed the Unwind approach from my own philosophy of therapy, bringing together person-centered therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and logotherapy. I chose these approaches because they reflect what I value in counseling: a trusting, collaborative relationship, room for difficult emotions, and opportunities to explore meaning and move toward what matters to you. My rehabilitation counseling perspective connects these theories to the realities of your life. Our work considers your strengths, relationships, environment, and the barriers you encounter. Together, we can understand what feels tangled and find steps forward that fit your circumstances and values.
Accessible, affordable care is central to the practice I’m building. You don’t need to arrive with a clear goal or the right words. We can begin with where you are.
Hanqing "Henry" Wu
Hanqing “Henry” Wu, M.S., CRC, is an intern counselor and doctoral student in Rehabilitation Counselor Education at the University of Wisconsin–Madison. He holds a master’s degree in Clinical Rehabilitation Counseling from a CACREP-accredited program and is a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor. Henry is also licensed as a psychotherapist in mainland China and completed residency clinical training as a psychotherapist in the Department of Psychiatry and Psychology at an affiliated hospital of Southern Medical University in China.

M.S., CRC, LPC-IT
Counseling Intern
Henry has clinical experience working with adolescents, adults, and families across hospital-based mental health care, university counseling, community mental health, addiction treatment, family education, and private practice settings. His clinical work is grounded in an integrative and culturally responsive approach. He draws from person-centered therapy, cognitive-behavioral approaches, emotion-focused work, mindfulness-based strategies, family systems perspectives, and strength-based rehabilitation counseling. He works collaboratively with clients to better understand patterns in emotions, relationships, self-worth, identity, career development, and life transitions.
Henry is especially attentive to the ways culture, disability, neurodivergence, family expectations, migration experiences, and social context shape a person’s inner world and daily functioning. As a bilingual counselor in English and Mandarin Chinese, he values creating a therapeutic space where clients can explore complex experiences with honesty, curiosity, and compassion.
Henry’s goal is to support clients in developing deeper self-understanding, emotional awareness, practical coping strategies, and a stronger sense of agency in their lives.
